If you place your order during business hours 7 am to 12 am (Central Standard Time) you should receive a call from a representative within 5-10 minutes after the order has been placed. If the order is placed after 12 am a representative will be contacting you within the same business day to verify and process your order. To prevent any delay concerning verification and pin release, please free up your phone lines.

Please check your answering machine for any messages that may have been left by our representatives with instructions on how to receive your pin.

2. If you have talked to a representative and your order was processed with confirmation, please take the following steps.

Begin by going to www.callingcards.com and log into your account. Then see if your latest purchase appears in your history. If so, click on "view" under details and then have the pin resent to your email. If you still do not receive the pin, please click on "edit my account" within your "my Account" to make sure your email is correct. If you still do not receive your pin, please fill out the form below.

1. Go to http://www.CallingCards.com
2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password.
3. If your latest purchase appears in your history, click on "view" under details
4. Have any of your last 5 transactions resent to your email.

* If you still do not receive the pin, please click on "edit my account" within your "my Account" to make sure your email is correct. If you still do not receive your pin, please fill out the form below.

* To ensure delivery of pin make sure to remove any filters and examine junk mail content.
