You can only receive a refund if your card balance is FULL. You can only receive a refund if the calling card has a full balance and the purchase, indentified by order id (ORD #) was made in the past 90 days. All credits are posted back to the payment method used for the purchase.
Please read below to find answers to frequently asked refund questions.
1. Did you place 1 order but received multiple pins, and would like credit on the extra pins?
Please fill out the form below with all the ORD #'s you want credit for. PLEASE do not use your PIN.
2. Do you want to return a pin that has not been used?
Please fill out the form below.
3. Did you try to make a call and did not connect, but lost minutes?
Please call the customer service number located in the email that came with your pin number. Customer Service has complete jurisdiction on whether to credit or add lost minutes to your calling card. When calling customer service, provide them with your pin number and your toll free access number. Customer Service will look up your pin and be able to see your call history. Customer Service will see that you have lost your minutes, and will gladly add minutes back to your calling card.
4. After dialing destination number, is the pin announcing a different number of minutes than advertised?
If this is a brand new card with a full balance and you have entered your destination number and the number of minutes is different then what you expected at time of purchase.
Please select the appropriate criteria for your situation:
1. If you're not calling to a cell phone, please call the carrier of the calling card (customer service number) and provide them with the pin and the destination number. If the rate per minute is higher then what we advertise, please fill out the form below.
2. If you are calling to a cell phone, the rate and number of minutes advertised may be different. The rates to cell phones are higher then land line rates. The rate to cell phones in an international country is approximately 2.5 times higher then the land line rate. If you would like to exchange the calling card and it has a full balance, please fill out the form below and include the new card information you wish to exchange it for.
5. Did you place a call and connect, but the quality was poor?
Please hang up and try your call again. If you have lost mites please call the customer service number located in the email that came with your pin. Customer Service has complete jurisdiction on whether to credit or add lost minutes to your calling card. When calling customer service, provide them with your pin number and your toll free access number. Customer Service will look up your pin and be able to see your call history. Customer Service will see that you have lost your minutes, and will gladly add them back to your calling card.
6. The toll free number is not working?
Please try dialing the toll free number again. This usually happens when the carrier of the calling card is performing random test on the switch If this persists, please fill out the form below and provide the access number that you dialing.
7. Did not receive a pin and your credit card has been charged?
Please login into your account at www.callingcards.com. If you see the order in your order history and wish to receive that calling card, you can click on "View" and resend the pin to your email. If you do not see your order after logging in please fax us a copy of your bank statement. Our fax number is: 713-339-9882 OR 1-800-929-7721. Our support staff will examine your fax and post credit if applicable. Support will send a conformation of the credit after it has posted.
8. Have you been double charged for one transaction?
This happens ONLY when the user clicks on the submit button more then one time during the final process of the transaction (before receiving ORD).
