- After I place my order online, how soon will I get my card?
If this is your first time ordering from
CallingCards.com, a representative will contact you between 5 minutes and 12 hours after you place your order to verify your order. He will then process your order and your pin will be released to you via email. Pins are released instantly to repeat customers who order using their previously used email addresses.
- I've never used a card with a
connection fee before. How does that work?
Each time you use the card and your party answers, you will be charged a connection fee
which will be deducted from the available minutes. The number of minutes available on each calling card assumes that you
will make one call. ALL low rate calling cards have a connection fee, but even so,
the cost savings are phenomenal!
- What if I make a call and no one
answers? Will I have to pay the connection fee?
As long as the call isn't answered, then you don't pay the
connection fee. If you dial a wrong number, or the call is answered by an answering
machine or voice mail, then you will be charged the connection fee.
- Will I get the advertised cent per minute rate on
every call I make?
The rate that's stated on the card is
calculated with the assumption that you will use the card one time and incur only one connection fee. In reality,
this usually doesn't happen. The more times you use the card, the more connection
fees and taxes you'll incur, which will raise your actual cent per minute rate. Your actual rate will still be MUCH more cheaper than you've ever
DREAMED of spending with AT&T, MCI, SPRINT, etc.
- Is the rate the same 24 hours a day?
You bet! Unlike some cards that penalize you for calling at
certain times, the cards that we sell are the same all day, every day!
- Am I going to be charged anything
on my regular phone bill?
No, these cards are totally separate from your regular phone bill.
Remember, you are dialing an 800# with these cards to make a long distance call, so it has
nothing to do with the long distance service that you currently have with your home or

long distance calls?

- What about busy signals or "busy
Like all calling cards, it's possible to encounter busy circuits during peak
periods. In our personal experience though, when this happens, you can just hit
"redial" on your phone a couple of times and get right in. We've never had
a problem getting in--even during peak times, we've just had to press the "*(star)" button two times.
